Story

Emma was the office manager for a 45-person technology company. She told the CEO that she had always wanted to learn more about accounting, so he trained her to prepare customer invoices and track accounts receivable in QuickBooks.

A few weeks later, Emma mentioned attending an Accounting 101 class every Saturday through the university's continuing education program. She hoped that if she learned more independently, she would be allowed to help with more of the company's accounting. The CEO loved her enthusiasm!

Not only did her Innovative plan handle the company’s accounting, but it also reimbursed the tuition. Emma was excited as she accomplished her new Vision of herself in the company and earned her reward.
